Processing Electronic Payments as an Admin

most payments are made by users when registering on the front end of the software, or when a user is auto billed, however, regpack admins can process payments on the back end of regpack as well process a payment as an admin head over to the user panel and under the payments click process payment enter the payment information and click issue payment if a user has a saved card on file and gives you permission to charge part or all of their balance, simply click process payment in the payments tab, and select the payment method they've indicated then adjust the amount due, if necessary, and click the green issue payment button process a payment with saved card a payment confirmation email will go out to the applicant when a payment is processed note the name of the admin who processes the payment will be tied to the transaction for easy record keeping note if working in a group system, payments need to be made on the sub unit level, not the head unit level
