Regpack is the perfect tool to display your class or program offerings on your website. This function allows you to present separate and independent registration landing pages that all lead back to the same backend database in 1 Regpack project. With presentation mode + our product filter, you can create a Catalog of your offerings easily on your website. To take it a step further, you can also display specific groupings of products on different pages of your website, that all feed into your application.
This is also called multi-entry points
An organization would like to show their offerings for ceramics, painting, and graphic design courses on different pages of their website.
1. Create anonymous forms
Create a product selection form for each page of the website - one for ceramics classes, another for graphic design classes, and a third for painting classes. The fastest way to do this is to create one and copy it. We also recommend creating a form category to keep them organized.
Go to settings --> forms --> create new form (parent if group system) --> name the form --> turn anonymous ON --> create new form.
2. Add fields to the form
You can add fields to the form to ask users questions or gather information, however this example is showing products only, so we're just adding the product widget by clicking "Products and Services" under the Payments and Orders tab.
Click on the product widget to select which products to display, allow product filtering, and set as presentation mode (so users can see options but not order products until they register).
3. Add filtering options to your widget
If you would like to allow users to filter for products on the front end, turn on Allow Product Filtering, and label the filters. The filter options can be added onto the products themselves (settings --> products --> click edit by the product) so users can filter by options you determine - internal ID, Instructor, location, Misc 1, and Misc 2. 4. Embed the form into your website
In settings --> forms --> edit form properties --> set form as registration start point --> copy the code --> paste into your website.
Below is an example of the product widget, displayed with the filter, and the create account / login buttons are at the top.
5. Copy the form to make another page
Go to settings --> forms --> click the box to the left of the form --> copy form --> edit form properties --> change the form name --> edit form fields --> click on the product widget to change the name and products displayed.
