You can customize the wording of the e-signature authorization widget by editing the label, the agree/disagree buttons, and the confirmation message.
Go to settings --> forms --> hover over your form that has the e-signature widget and click "edit form fields" --> click into the e-signature widget.
You can edit the following:
Label - The title for your e-signature
I "agree" label - the default is "Agree and go to next step >>"
I "disagree" label - the default is "I disagree"
Initial/Decline Message - this is what your users see before they click "agree"
Confirmation Dialog - This is what your users see after they've clicked "agree", and confirms they understand what they are signing.
Accept and Decline button text - The button text for the second time the users need to click to accept your terms
