If you’ve forgotten your password or would like to reset it, or if you want to change your username, follow the steps below to regain access to your Regpack account.
How to Reset Your Password
- Navigate to the login page of your Regpack system or click here.
- Click Forgot Password located below the password confirmation box.
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Password reset instructions will be emailed to you.
- You will likely receive a security code via email to confirm you are the owner of the admin account.
- Copy and paste the security code when prompted.
How to Change Your Username
- Log in to your account using your current login email.
- Once logged in, click your name in the lower left corner.
- Click Edit Profile
- Edit or Adjust either the name or email associated with this account
- Save the changes
How to Log Out
- Click your name in the lower left corner.
- Click Edit Log Out
Troubleshooting Password Reset Issues
If you are unable to reset your password, the following steps may help:

- Make sure you are using an updated version of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari.

Clear Browser Cache:
- Occasionally, browser settings or saved passwords can interfere with the reset process. Clearing your cache often resolves these issues.
