A Super Admin who is marked as an Owner will have access to all aspects of all your projects. An Owner can mark a Super Admin as an Owner by going to Settings → Admin Management → select a Super Admin → change Organization Owner to YES → click Update Profile.
There is no limit on the number of Super Admins that can be marked as an Owner, but every organization must have at least one admin marked as an Owner.
Ability to edit any module in any project within your organization
Ability to purge user accounts
Access to all projects within your organization
Access to Disable Triggers and Disable Time Restrictions buttons when adding a product to a user's cart
Run and download Payout Reports
See and access Admin Management and Billing
An Owner will be able to add, demote, or remove other admins listed in Admin Management.
Transfer a user's cart/payment to another user
