How to Send Emails in Regpack
Emails can be sent through Regpack either automatically or manually, depending on your needs. Below is a guide to help you send emails using the various methods available.
Sending an Email Manually
- Navigate to User Management and select the user’s name.
- In the user’s side panel, go to the Emails tab.
- Click Send New Email.
- Choose an email template.
- Edit the email if needed.
- Specify the recipient by clicking in the To area.
- Click Send.
Sending to Multiple Recipients Manually

Filter Users:
- Apply a filter for the users you want to email, or remove the filter to select all users.
- For family/group projects:
- Narrow your selection to parents/head units or children/sub-units using the tab in the upper left-hand corner.

Select Users:
- Click Select All to choose all users in the filtered group.

Send Email:
- Click Send Email.
- Choose an email template and edit it if needed.
- Specify the recipient email for each user.
- Click Send.
Sending Emails Through Triggers
Triggered emails are sent automatically based on user actions.
- Hover over the email and click Trigger.
- Define the trigger conditions using:
- AND Conditions: Combine multiple actions that must occur.
- OR Conditions: Allow multiple options to trigger the email.
- Note: You cannot combine both “AND” and “OR” conditions in the same trigger.
- Save the trigger. Confirm it is active by the lightning bolt icon.
Sending Emails Through Scheduling
Note: This is a premium feature.
Scheduled emails are sent on a pre-set date or time.

Starting in User Management:
- Select the users you want to email.
- Click Schedule Email.

Starting in Email Management:
- Navigate to Settings > Emails.
- Click Schedule Email on the desired email template.
- Use a saved filter to select recipients and choose whether to:
- Include future users who meet the filter criteria (dynamic sending).
- Limit to users matching the filter at the time of setup (disable dynamic sending).
- Set the following details:
- Recipient email.
- Sender information.
- Individual or group recipient.
- Date and time of the email.
- Confirm the setup. Scheduled emails will follow the admin’s time zone.
Important Notes

Family/Group Projects:
- Parent accounts with multiple children/sub-units cannot populate child/sub-unit tokens in email templates when sending at the parent level.
- Templates with parent tokens will populate correctly when sending at the parent level.

Editing Emails:
- After selecting an email, hover over it and click Edit Email Message to make changes.
- Click Save to confirm changes.
- You can revert to the original template using the pop-up option at the top.
