Purchase Protection Terms and Conditions
The Purchase Protection policy offers a reliable solution to safeguard your investments in eligible activities. Below are the detailed terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and claims.
Cancellation Policy
- Request Timing: Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of the original purchase.
- Eligibility: Only the original payment holder may request a cancellation.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment.

Right to Refund
Purchase Protection applies to the following eligible activities offered through Regpack:
- Courses
- Camps
- After-School Programs
- Conferences
- Group Tours
What is Covered
Reimbursement for eligible bookings (up to $2,500 USD) is available if the applicant cannot attend a registered and fully paid-for event due to:

Death, Accident, or Illness:
- Applies to the applicant or an immediate family member.
- Immediate family includes legal or de facto spouses, civil partners, children, parents, or guardians.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for products marked as eligible for Purchase Protection if:
- The Customer experiences an Inability to Participate due to unforeseen events.
- The Inability to Participate meets these criteria:
- Occurs after confirmed registration.
- Is not related to any known pre-existing conditions.
- Is unforeseen and could not have been reasonably anticipated.
- Does not result from a change in personal plans.
- The Enrolled Activity has not been canceled, postponed, abandoned, or relocated.
Limitations
- Refunds are capped at $2,500 USD per claim, per cart.
Definitions
- Customer: The individual registered for an Enrolled Activity.
- Activity/Enrolled Activity: Eligible offerings such as Courses, Camps, After-School Programs, Conferences, and Group Tours.
- Immediate Family: Includes spouses, civil partners, children, parents, or guardians.
- Cart Value: Total refundable amount paid, including registration, processing, and service fees.
- Inability to Participate: Defined events preventing participation, such as illness, injury, or death.
Effective Date
- The earlier of:
- The date the Cart Value is paid in full.
- One day before the Enrolled Activity begins.
Expiration Date
- The start date of the Enrolled Activity.
Claiming Your Right to Refund
Steps to Submit a Claim

Report the Event:
- Notify Regpack within 60 days of the Customer’s Inability to Participate by clicking the “Make a Claim” button on the user dashboard.

Submit Documentation:
- Provide a licensed Physician’s note confirming the reason for non-participation.
- In the event of death, submit a copy of the death certificate.
- Documentation must be in English, with any translation costs covered by the applicant.

Cooperate in Investigation:
- Work with Regpack or its representatives during the claims process.
Review and Decision
- Approved claims will be reimbursed for the approved amount.
- If denied, Regpack will provide a written explanation for the denial.
Reimbursement
- Refunds will be issued in the currency used for the original payment.
- Regpack is not responsible for transaction or conversion fees during reimbursement.
- Approved claimants must provide payment details within 60 days of approval.
Pro Rata Refund Example
- A Customer enrolls in a $1,000 dance retreat from July 1st to July 30th.
- If the Customer becomes injured during the second week, they cannot participate further.
- A refund of $500 USD (half the Cart Value) will be issued based on the unused portion of the activity.
Data Protection
Regpack ensures data is handled in compliance with GDPR guidelines.
International Data Transfers
- Personal details may be transferred outside the EEA for claim processing.
- Data will be treated securely and in compliance with GDPR standards.
