Preparing Your Project for Launch
Launching your project is the first step to collecting payments and driving your revenue! To ensure everything goes smoothly, follow these steps to test, finalize, and make your project live.
We aim to make this as simple as possible to go live once you're ready. Just follow the 4 simple steps below opening to your audience
Step 1: Create Test Users

Registering on the front end of your project as a test user to simulate the user experience will help you understand the complete layout of your system.

Your team can even test payments. We automatically populate test credit card credentials for all stakeholders to experience the full build from beginning to completion.

Be sure your project is build and work as intended.
Step 2: Remove Test Users

Once you’re satisfied with your project setup you'll need to mark the test users as inactive.

Leaving test users in your project can cause some confusion especially involving payment totals and potential quota slots.
Step 3: Open Your Project

Update your project status to open for live registration:

Navigate to Settings > Project Settings > General Tab.

Under System Status, select “Open for Registration and Login.”

Step 4: Embed or Share Your Project

Embed the Regpack system into your website or share the link to the template site:

The template site is your project’s front-end link.

To edit the template site link:

Go to Settings > Project Settings > Embedding Tab.

Update the Shortcode URL and click Save before testing.
