The Filter and Search Feature is a robust tool that allows admins to locate and organize user data efficiently by applying customizable filters and search criteria. This feature leverages system-based elements, user-inputted fields, and admin-configured products to deliver precise and relevant results.
Accessing Filters
Filters are present in 2 different Regpack Modules:
- User Management - The filter and search options are based on the fields, forms, and data in your system. Any filter can be configured using "OR" and "AND" conditions as well as stacking conditions to target more specific groups of users. All of the quick filters are focused on registration elements.
- Payments - The filter and search options are based on the fields, forms, and data in your system. All of the quick filters are focused on payments and installment elements.
Accessing the Filter UI is the same across both modules. Either click the Search Box OR click any of the Quick Filters underneath the search box. Any search or filter applied in User Management will automatically transfer to Payments and vice versa.
