How to Change Your Project Styling

To style your project:

1. Using Palette's to select a pre-built styling template to change the highlight colors. 
2. Purchasing our custom styling service to match your website, you’ll need to provide our support team with a custom style sheet (CSS). This style sheet can typically be created by your webmaster or designer.

What is the Palette Feature?

The Palette feature allows you to customize the color highlights of your project. It’s perfect for creating a branded experience that aligns with your organization’s identity.

Who Can Access the Palette Feature?

The Palette feature is available only to users on premium-level subscriptions. If you’re not currently on a premium subscription but would like to upgrade to access this feature, please contact our support team at support@regpacks.com.

Where to Find the Palette Feature

1. Click Styling on the left navigation panel
   • Can also be reached by navigating to your project settings and click on the Appearance tab in the project dashboard.
2. Locate the Palette section:
   • There are currently 10 Palette options to choose from. Select your preferred Palette and save.

Custom Styling Fee Terms

• Initial Fee: $700 (includes 2 development hours).

• Additional Work: Billed at $350/hour beyond the initial 2 hours.

• No Extra Cost for Additional Projects: Once a custom style sheet is created, it can be applied to other projects without additional cost.

• Payment: The service fee must be paid before any work begins.

• Exhaustive List Required: Clients must provide a detailed list of requested adjustments. Clients will be notified if a request cannot be fulfilled.

Services Included

1. Adjustment of Font Size and Appearance:

   • Overall font styling can be modified.
   • Specific element font adjustments are possible but not recommended due to time requirements.

2. Adjustment of Colors:

   • Includes login, register, and submit buttons, as well as font colors.
   • Some specific elements can be adjusted, but certain components may not be individually customizable.

Important Notes

1. Scope of Styling:

   • Styling applies only to the embeddable portion of our software.
   • It does not include the hosted domain or any website where the embedded portion is initially placed.
   • Styling adjustments cannot be applied to a domain that is not under Regpack’s direct control.

2. Optional Add-On:

   • The Regpack styling service is an optional add-on and is not included in setup or admin fees.
   • Your Project Manager and/or Account Manager are prohibited from inserting HTML or CSS styling on behalf of any client.

3. Performed by Regpack Developers:

   • Styling adjustments must be carried out by a member of Regpack’s development team.

Services NOT Included

1. Regpack Hosted Website:

   • Adjustments to the Regpack-hosted website are not included.

2. Client Website:

   • Adjustments to any external client website are not included.

3. Free Text Fields:

   • Adjustments to text in free text fields are not part of the service. These fields have built-in styling options available.
