Go to user management --> tools --> Create User or Create Family --> fill out the forms
- Passwords - if you have the system generate a password, your user will be able to reset the password upon log in by clicking "forgot password" and following the instructions in the forgot password email
- Creating Group/Family Accounts - to create the sub-units, click family/group --> add child/attendee
- Notify Users - you can set up an email to send once the account is created, and include the login email and the link to continue registration
