Owners can click the "Purge User" button to delete a user's account. This purge will permanently erase the user's data, payment and order history, and the username and password associated with that account.
Purging user data is permanent and immediate, and this information CAN NOT be restored from any backup sources. Please use caution before moving forward.
The system will require you to enter your password in order to continue. Once your password is validated, the action will be completed.
Important Note: Purging a head unit account will purge ALL connected sub-unit accounts. The warning above applies to sub-unit accounts as well.
Steps for Purging a User record
- In User Management, search for the user you'd like to purge and click their name.
- Click the "Info" tab on the user panel. At the bottom left side of the user panel, click the "Purge User" button.
- Review the warning message and confirm that you'd like to purge the user.
- Enter your admin password to complete the purge.
If you do not want to permanently delete the user, you can mark them inactive instead
