It is easy to pull a roster of users who have registered for a product/service in Regpack. Follow the steps below to create a customized roster report.
We recommend creating one generic roster report that you can use for all of your classes/sessions/programs/events.

To build the roster report, navigate to Settings –> Reports.
Create a new report and name it, then select the data points you want to include in your roster report. Click Save, and you’re done!
Running a Roster Report
First, filter for the product you want to run a roster report on.
Then simply select all users, click “Run Report” and select your roster report.
You can also quickly view the users who have ordered a specific report without using the filter tool.
In User Management, simply click “Tools” and “View Orders Per Product / Session”, select the product or session, and you can view the Orders tab for all of your products.
If you are viewing a session, you can view the roster for specific days as well.
Step by Step Guide to Filtering for and Running a Roster Report
When you are ready to create your roster report, navigate to User Management by clicking users on the left side of your screen –> click on the search bar at the top and begin typing to find what you are looking for.
At this point, you can also run a saved filter, if you have already created one for this group of users. You can also run a roster report on every user in your system.
The most common option is to click “Product/Services” and filter by the product/service you are running the roster report on. This will give you a roster report for a specific program since it filters the users who have ordered a specific product/or are attending a specific session.

If you have selected “Products and Services”, you’ll next click on the product you would like.
Choose the option from the drop-down that best suits your needs. You can also use the search bar and type what you are looking for to narrow down the list.
In the example here, we chose to filter by product paid for, since we want a list of users who are definitely coming to the event.
Select the users to report on. Select all users by hovering over the box to the left of the “application date” field, or select individual users by clicking on the box to the left of the user.
Then click the run report button in the top right corner of the page.
Choose the report you’d like to run. You will be presented with a list of all reports in the system, so find the report you’ve named “Roster” or run any report you would like.
The report fields will populate so you can view them directly in the system. You will have an option to download the report into a PDF or CSV file.
