Assigning statuses is a convenient way to keep your users organized. Each user can be assigned a specific status, which can then be filtered and reported on. Each user can only have one status at a time.
Assign a Status to a specific User
- Navigate to Users → click Set status as... → choose a new status

Assign a Status to Multiple Users
- You can use the search bar to filter for the specific group of users you'd like add a status to.
- Click the checkbox next to the name of the users you want to mark with a specific status. You can select them in bulk using the select all checkbox above the user names.
Click Set status as... next to any user's name and choose from your list of statuses.
An additional pop up message will appear stating that you have selected multiple users. Click the option to set the status for all users.
