Click on settings --> autobill to see a quick summary of your autobill income and projected income.
Click the numbers to filter for users who meet the conditions
This shows the total overdue across all autobill plans. Payments may be overdue because the user selected an autobill plan but never paid, or because their payment was declined or changed.
Users - the number of users on autobill with overdue payments
Payments - the number of installments overdue
Most overdue payment - shows the oldest unpaid autobill installment
This shows the next autobill amount to be charged, and the date of the upcoming charge.
Users - the number of users that will be charged
Payments - the number of transactions or autobill installments that will be charged
Upcoming after - the autobill installment following this next upcoming charge date - the next next if you will
Plan ahead quickly by checking the expected income for the current and next month
This shows how much users would be charged if all upcoming payments are paid.
Users - number of users with upcoming autobill payments
Payments - the number of installments left to be paid
Last processing date - the final autobill day based on the plans in your project at the time
The autobill snapshot updates automatically as payments come in!
You can also filter for users on an autobill plan (or a specific plan) in User Management, or click on the plan in autobill management to see enrolled users.
