Regpack’s payment terms and license conditions are designed to ensure seamless access to the platform while maintaining transparency. ### Payment Terms

### Payment Timing

- Payment is due upon opening an account and at the time of renewal.

### Installment Plans

- Only pack subscriptions are eligible for installment plans.
- Account balances must be paid in full by the due date to maintain access to Regpack.

### License Validity

- Licenses are issued for terms of either 12 or 24 months.

### Automatic Renewal

- Licenses automatically renew at the end of their term unless canceled.

### Cancellation Policy

- To prevent automatic renewal, license holders must provide written notice at least 30 days before the renewal date.
- Cancellation requests can be processed by sending in inquiry email to [support@regpacks.com](mailto\:support@regpacks.com) or going to Settings --> Billing --> Cancellation Request. 
- Due to the sensitive nature of the data collected, Cancellation Requests must be submitted by an Account Owner, or a confirmed officer of the organization.
- Incomplete Cancellation Request Forms will be considered invalid. 

### Fee Adjustments

- Regpack reserves the right to adjust license fees once per calendar year with 30 days’ notice.

### General Billing Terms

### Pack(s)

A **Pack of Licenses** refers to a bundled offering of multiple licenses under a single agreement. Each license grants specific rights to access Regpack features and tools as outlined in the subscription plan.

**Included Licenses and Features**:

- **Admin License(s)**
- **Specialized License(s)**
- **Premium Features and/or Functions**
- **Advanced Reports and Analytics**

**Conditions**:

1. **Allocation and Assignment**:\* Licenses must be assigned to specific authorized users.
   - Reassignment or reallocation of licenses must comply with outlined terms.
2. **Non-Transferability**:\* Licenses are non-transferable and cannot be shared among users unless explicitly permitted by Regpack.
3. **Term and Renewal**:\* Packs are subject to the same term and renewal provisions as the overarching agreement.
4. **Additional Licenses**:\* Additional licenses may be purchased by upgrading packs.

**Client Responsibility**:

- Clients must ensure all assigned users comply with this agreement.
- Misuse or unauthorized sharing of licenses may result in suspension or termination of access.

### Admin License(s)

**Access and Permissions**:

- Admin licenses allow access to the administrative portal to:\* Manage user accounts.
  - Assign license roles and permissions.
  - Configure platform settings and integrations.
  - Facilitate billing and payment processing.
  - Access user payment data, financial analytics, and reports.

**Conditions**:

- Admin licenses are issued solely to the client or their authorized representatives.
- Misuse of the Admin License, including unauthorized access or actions beyond the intended scope, may result in suspension or termination of the license.

### Account Access Notes

1. **Client Responsibility**:\* Licensees’ access is determined by client-assigned features and permissions.
   - Clients are fully responsible for actions taken by their authorized users.
   - Regpack is not liable for malicious actions, data loss, or damages caused by authorized users, including password sharing or negligence.
2. **Simultaneous Usage**:\* Licenses cannot be used simultaneously on multiple devices or by multiple individuals.
   - Simultaneous access attempts will result in immediate expulsion.
   - Multiple expulsions may lead to permanent license termination.
3. **Billing Information**:\* Clients can review current billing and cart items by navigating to the **Billing** section of their Regpack account.
