The **Product Management Module** is a comprehensive tool designed to help admins efficiently manage and track products, services, or inventory of any kind within their system. It ensures that offerings are well-organized, easily accessible, and seamlessly integrated into the user experience.

### Accessing Product Management

- Navigate to the **Settings** section of your system and click on **Products** to access the module OR clicking [here](https://www.regpack.com/reg/admin/products/) while logged into Regpack. 

Owners can also set permissions (or further restrictions) on any admin at any time, including other Owner Level licenses.

### Key Features

### Product Catalog Creation

Add, categorize, and organize products or services into an easy-to-navigate catalog for users using each of these product types:

- **Packaged Product**:A bundled offering that combines multiple products or services into a single package, simplifying the purchase process and providing added value for users. (This is a premium feature)
- **Subscription Product**:A recurring payment-based product that grants users ongoing access to a service or resource, billed at regular intervals such as monthly or annually.
- **Session/Date-Based Product**:A product tied to specific dates or time slots, allowing users to register for scheduled sessions, classes, or events.
- **One-Time Event Product**:A product designed for single-use registration, ideal for one-time events like workshops, conferences, or special occasions.
- **Merch Product:**Physical items or branded merchandise available for purchase, such as apparel, accessories, or equipment.
- **Discount Product**:A product or feature that applies a fixed or percentage-based discount to the total cost, incentivizing purchases and enhancing affordability.

### Stock and Availability Tracking

- Monitor inventory levels in real time including quotas, sold vs unsold units, and abandoned carts.
- Ensure accurate availability for users and prevent overselling.

### Pricing Management

- Set flexible pricing options, including:\* Early Bird Discounts
  - VIP Discounts 
  - Packaged Discounts (This is a premium feature)
  - Tiered pricing
  - Special offers

### Custom Attributes

- Add detailed product descriptions, settings, and specifications to create a clear and engaging presentation for users.

### Integration with Registration/Checkout

- Link products to user registrations for seamless selection and payment during the checkout process.
