Latest Feature Updates
3D Secure Payments for BlueSnap - April 2022
We now allow for users to take 3D Secure payments. 3DS adds an extra layer of payment protection to an online transaction. This type of security is required by Europe.
In Project Settings > Payments tab scroll down to the Payment Config header and you will see a toggle labelled: Enable 3-D Secure Payments Protocol . By default this should be off, unless required by merchant to process payments from users in Europe.
Direct link to Anonymous form Entry point - April 2022
Previously only an embed code was available. Now, you can link directly to a specific anonymous form. On family systems, anonymous forms can only be set on the head-level forms.
To find the direct link click edit form properties beside an anonymous form --> the link is under "Set form as Registration Start Point."
Default filters will allow you to quickly view all payments in your Payments tab for last month, last week, yesterday, today, this week, and this month. In Users, quickly view all users with an electronic payment, payment successful, and negative payment event (refund, submitted, chargeback, declined, cancelled, or failed). New filter conditions have been released for Users in Products/Services that relate to subscriptions.
Saved Payment Method Indicator
Users will have either a green or red circle depending on whether they have a saved payment method.
The Financial Admin has specific permissions related to payments to allow a medium between Super Admins and Collaborators.
Disable Trigger & Time Restrictions
As an Owner-level admin, if you need to add a product to a user that does not meet the conditions or add an expired product to a user, you can disable the respective settings in a user's cart.
When toggled “ON” the cart timer allows you to set an amount of time for a user to make a payment for the products in their cart.
Regpack also tracks the URL that users began their registration journey, and can even pull out the UTM parameters in that URL if they exist.
You can now filter users by items in their cart, including the order amount range, order date range, upcoming renewal date, product type (including discounts), and the status of the user's cart. This is a great tool to find user's with nothing in their cart or users with specific product types in their cart.
Regpack provides an easy to build template to create a customized donation tool that you can embed on your website and share with anyone! View more on how to build this out in Regpack here.
This function allows you to present separate and independent registration landing pages that all lead back to the same backend database in 1 Regpack project.
