Our system is optimized to work with most of the major internet browsers, which includes up to date versions of Firefox, Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Safari. We do NOT support Internet Explorer and you will not be able to access the Regpack backend through IE. This is due to Microsoft ending support for Internet Explorer. A common browser question we receive is about cookies, so if an error message appears instructing you to turn on cookies, please refer to this article in our help desk on how to enable cookies within your specific browser.
