I'm sure you are all feeling in both your personal and professional lives, the big changes and concern that are arising from the COVID-19 situation. I wanted to reach out personally to let you know that Regpack is committed to helping all of our clients, partners and employees during this time. We have taken multiple precautions to ensure there is no interruption of service and that you can continue to do everything you are used to in Regpack. We have been in touch with all of our integrated partners and confirmed that they too have taken precautions to prevent any interruption of service. I can assure you that the Regpack system will not be impacted in any way. In order to ensure the safety and health of our staff, we have enabled and encouraged all employees to work remotely. This will not impact the level of service you are accustomed to in any way as we have supplied our staff with all the necessary tools to perform at their normal operational capacity. Our Support Team is working regular hours to address any issues or concerns that you may have. In addition, our Project Management team, Training team, and our Development team is operating as normal. I also wanted to share a few ways you can be using Regpack to manage your business during this time:
- Our communication tools should allow you to send filtered and targeted messages as you need to communicate them to your clients easily. Whether to alert them of changes of plans, send information - Regpack can help make this communication personalized and easy.
- Our "Desk Side Chats" Webinar Series is happening THIS Friday at 10am PST / 1pm EST. You can sign up for that here. The changes you might be experiencing in the volume of your workflow make it a perfect time to learn more about your Regpack system and to ask questions. The webinar will cover our new Product module updates!
- We encourage you to use this time to prepare your Regpack systems for your upcoming seasons and to be in touch with our Support Team with any questions you might have.
