Life Cycle Overview

A “project” in Regpack represents a unique registration system for a specific event, program, or purpose.

Each project aligns with one registration cycle, defined by the user signing up for a specific activity or service.

Example: A retreat registration and a weekly class signup should be separate projects to avoid confusion and ensure better organization for both admins and users.
Keeping cycles separate simplifies processes and ensures clarity across your system.
Project Creation

Starting a New Project:

Navigate to the bottom of the page and click on your project name.

Select Create New Project to start a new registration system.

Copying an Existing Project:

Choose to create a project based on an existing one or use a preset template.

During the build process, you will design the backend of your project to suit your organization’s needs:

Project Consultations

Initial Onboarding:

A dedicated consultant will assist with your first project by helping you navigate Regpack and update your onboarding structure and processes to work smoothly within our platform.

Subsequent Projects:

Build projects yourself with support from our support team, payments team, and pre-built templates.

Optionally - Request another consultation. Consultation fees are included in some of our premium subscriptions. If you're unsure reach out to our support team.

Requesting Consultation:

When creating or copying a project, we will present an option for you to request a consultation, toggle “Yes” for assistance. For premium subscriptions this toggle defaults to "Yes" since the cost is included in the subscription.

Go Live
When your project is ready, it’s time to launch and start accepting registrations:

Final Review:

Ensure all settings and configurations meet your needs.

Create and review test users to confirm functionality.

Verify Payment Processing:

Contact the payments team at payments@regpacks.com to confirm your merchant account setup.

Without a configured merchant account, payment processing won’t be possible.

Steps to Go Live:

Change the system status to “Open for Registration and Login.”
