- Navigate to User Management by clicking "Users"
- Click Tools (top right) -> "Edit Statuses"
- A pop up will appear with all your statuses --> click edit next to the status you want to delete
- You will have the option to edit or delete (bottom-left corner) that status in the window that appears.
When you click "Delete Status", the system will ask you to confirm your choice.
Select "Yes" if you want to delete the status and "No" to keep the status.
If you have users with that status assigned, the system will present a message letting you know how many users have that status and will ask you to confirm if you want to delete it.
If a user no longer needs a status, the status can be removed from that specific user.
To remove the status from one individual user - click on the status of that user -> click "Remove status for this user" (bottom left)
