Create autobill plans to automatically charge your users!
You can alter basically any part of your registration process at any time, it is not always recommended to alter your autobill plans after your applicants have already started making payments. If you find yourself in that position, feel free to reach out to our Support Team for expert advice.
Go to settings --> autobill --> click edit by the plan
Under "Plan Settings" you can alter
- Plan name
- Category
- Make it only visible to admins
- Select entire cart or specific products the plan covers
- Plan locking settings
Click "Update Plan" once you've made changes
Under "Payment Schedule" you can alter
- Plan start date
- Plan end date
- Deposit details
- Payment structure (intervals for user payments - monthly, bi-weekly, etc.)

“Custom” allows you to set specific dates, amounts or percentages and number of payments. Custom plans CANNOT be copied. Create custom bill dates by clicking Add unit or Edit beside a unit.

If you choose a preset plan, you can limit the number of payments. The deposit is included in this number.

Click "Update Plan" once you've made changes
We do not recommend changing autobill plans once people are enrolled in the plan. If there's no way around it, please reach out to support to advise.
