The Regpack Trigger System is a dynamic and powerful automation tool that allows admins to streamline workflows by automating key actions based on user inputs, system elements, and custom configurations. With triggers, admins can create personalized user experiences and ensure tasks are executed efficiently without manual intervention.
Accessing Triggers
Triggers are present in 4 different Regpack Modules under Settings:
- Forms - Both forms and fields can be triggered to display for users. Any admin fields or forms will not be visible even if the trigger condition applies.
- Products - All of the product types can be triggered to add automatically whether they are accessible by users OR an admin only product. Discount products are only product that can't be triggered to display to users. Any product that is expired will not be visible or add automatically even if the trigger condition applies.
- Emails - Any triggered emails will send to the recipients selected based on the triggered condition. Our send only once function is the primarily limitation on email based triggers.
- Autobill - Any autobill plan can be triggered to display or add to users. Any admin plans will not be visible even if the trigger condition applies. Additional settings such as multiple plans per user can also affect the visibility or ability to add a plan even if the trigger condition applies.
Accessing the Trigger UI is the same across all modules. Either click the lighting icon OR click Trigger when hovering on an eligible element.
Key Capabilities
Automated Email Sending
- Configure triggers to send personalized or templated emails to users based on their actions, responses, or system events.
- Example: Automatically send a confirmation email when a user completes registration or a reminder email for incomplete forms.
Dynamic Form and Field Display
- Automatically show or hide specific forms and fields based on user responses or selected criteria.
- Example: Display a feedback form only to users who select a particular product or service.
Product Display or Addition
- Automatically show or add specific products to a user’s account based on their choices or responses.
- Example: If a user selects a premium service, the associated product can be added to their account automatically.
Autobill Installment Plans
- Set triggers to display or assign installment plans tailored to a user’s selections or criteria.
- Example: Automatically apply a custom payment plan if a user opts for a specific product during registration.
