Regpack offers several types of admin licenses, each tailored to specific roles and permissions within the system. All organizations must have at least one Account Owner. Here’s a detailed breakdown of each admin type, their permissions, and associated costs.

### Billing Conditions

- Invites are limited based on pack selection.
- Permission to communicate with Regpack representatives regarding all account elements.
- Licenses billed on 1-year terms (in packs or A la Carte).
- 2-year options available only A la Carte.
- License transfers limited to 3 per billing term.
- Downgrades only possible at the end of the license term.

### Module Access

- Full access to user management, including disabling triggers/time restrictions.
- Access to all modules: products, reports, emails, forms, and autobill.
- Access to Admin Management for inviting or updating admin licenses.
- Full read and write access to financial, billing, and user payment information.

### Pricing

- $3,000 for 1 year.
- $4,000 for 2 years.

### Super Admin License

### Billing Conditions

- Invites limited based on pack selection.
- Permission to communicate with Regpack representatives regarding most account elements.
- Licenses billed on 1-year terms (in packs or A la Carte).
- 2-year options available only A la Carte.
- License transfers limited to 3 per billing term.
- Downgrades only possible at the end of the license term.

### Module Access

- Full access to user management, products, reports, emails, forms, and autobill (can be limited by the Account Owner).
- Read and write access to financial, billing, and user payment information (can be limited by the Account Owner).

### Pricing

- $3,000 for 1 year.
- $4,000 for 2 years.

### Financial Admin License

### Billing Conditions

- Invites limited based on pack selection.
- Permission to communicate with Regpack representatives regarding payment elements.
- Licenses billed on 1-year terms, available only in packs.
- License transfers limited to 3 per billing term.
- Downgrades only possible at the end of the license term.

### Module Access

- Access to user management (can be limited by the Account Owner).
- Partial access to settings modules: products, reports, and emails (can be limited by the Account Owner).
- Full read and write access to financial, billing, and user payment information.

### Pricing

- $1,000 for 1 year.

### API Admin License

### Billing Conditions - Only accessible via Pack Subscription

- Permission to communicate with Regpack representatives about API elements.
- Not eligible for discounts, promotions, or group pricing.
- Removal of API license disables all API integrations.

### Module Access

- Dedicated to API access, integration functions, and webhook tools.
- Same permissions as Account Owners, accessible only through the API interface.

### Pricing

- $2,000 annually for Standard (10,000 calls daily).
- $4,000 annually for Advanced (25,000 calls daily).
- $6,000 annually for Mid-Market (50,000 calls daily).
- $8,000 annually for Mid-Market Plus (100,000 calls daily).

### Collaborator License

### Billing Conditions

- Invites limited based on pack selection.
- Permission to communicate with Regpack representatives about User Management.
- License upgrades available at any time; downgrades only at the end of the term.

### Module Access

- Read and write access to user information, including reporting.
- Ability to add products, user comments, view/send emails, and more.

### Pricing

- Included in pack costs, with seats limited by pack selection.
- Legacy Clause: 5 Collaborator licenses included with each Super Admin license; 1 additional license per Financial Admin license.

### Guest License

### Billing Conditions

- Invites limited based on pack selection.
- License upgrades available at any time; downgrades only at the end of the term.

### Access

- Read-only access to user information.

### Pricing

- Included in pack costs.
- Legacy Clause: Unlimited Guest licenses available at no cost.

### Support Note

- **Super Admin, Financial Admin, and Collaborators**: Eligible to communicate with Regpack support via email.
- **Super Admin**: Eligible for Q\&A training sessions and scheduled phone calls.

### Account Access Policy

- **Account Sharing Prohibited**: All admins must be registered as a Super Admin, Financial Admin, Collaborator, or Guest.
- **Billing Policy**: Admin licenses are billed based on role and access level.
- **Data Security**: Violations of this policy are a breach of the Data Processing Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension.
